Beatles Rock Band!

Played this last Friday night (a friend had a pre-release copy) and boy is this game fun! The visuals once you get to the Sgt. Pepper era are distractingly trippy, but super cool! You can also sing in harmony, up to three parts which is also a lot of fun, as it turns out. Finally my obsessive listening to the Beatles in my teens has paid off!

Guitar Hero Aerosmith

So, I like GHA so far, but it has this thing where when you're playing Aerosmith songs, it puts this pattern down on the fret board and I frequently have a hard time seeing the yellow notes on top of the yellow background. Who thought that was a great idea?

Brutal Legend

I wasn't sure if this game was going to see the light of day, but EA is saying October. We'll see.

XBox NXE

Microsoft changed the user experience on the XBox earlier this week. Very Wii-like. Seems nice so far.
