Mmmmmm-mmm!

So it turns out that the tenderloin cut of the cow is delicious and easy to cook. Had a friend over for dinner last night. I was afraid this solid gold cut of meat might be temperamental to cook, but it's really easy to roast. And the taste! In the words of Samuel L Jackson (well, Dave Chapelle playing Sam Jackson): Mmm-mmm, bitch! Too bad it's all gone.
