CU Boulder Looking For Narcs

So, for some reason the Colorado U police decided to block off a place where the kids were going to celebrate 4/20. The kids went there anyway and surveillance cameras recorded a bunch of them smoking the stinkiest of the icky. Now you too can play narc and collect $50 for correctly identifying these evildoers to 5-0. WTF? Don't they have anything better to worry about?
