Paranoia Agent

My Paranoia Agent box set arrived at long last from Amazon, so I got to watch the whole series from end to end. The show is about a growing number of attacks by a mysterious, rollerblading figure known as L'il Slugger, who finds people who have been pushed to the edge (many one might charitably describe as looney toons) and whacks them over the head with a golden bat. It's a pretty bizarre show, but it slowly starts making more sense (such as things are) as the series progresses. Great animation, interesting story, no mecha: overall, a great series.
