Further Down the Rabbit Hole
Arrrrrrrrrgghhhhh!!!!!! Dick Cheney has evidently come out criticizing the press about their irresponsible reporting that the 9/11 commission found "no credible evidence" of an Iraq-al-Qaeda link and "no collaborative relationship" between Iraq and Osama.
Cheney: "What the commission says is they can't find evidence of that. We had one report, which is a famous report on the Czech intelligence service, and we've never been able to confirm or to knock it down."
This report he's speaking of has never been publicly released. And what he's basically saying is that this non-existent report cannot be proven or disproven, which is essentially proof of nothing.
Meanwhile, in a speech at the James Madison Institute (as reported in this article, Dick goes further talking about Saddam's long established ties with al Qaida. No elaboration.
Dick, if you know better than the 9/11 commision, then I challenge you to produce the body. You are not the Red Queen, words do not mean what you want them to mean.
