Constantine

The latest comic to be pillaged by Hollywood. Somehow the witty, wise cracking, blonde, English occultist has turned into... Keanu Reeves in LA. Um, ok. All things being equal, it was pretty good for KR movie. Some of the effects were awesome. KR's acting was so so. It's a pretty dark movie, but honestly, they've toned it down from the comics. Still haven't figured out why the people who originally possessed the Spear of Destiny had it, nor why it was where it was. They've jumbled and reworked a lot of the stories which probably won't offend anyone but the Hellblazer purists. And since I appear to be the only one, I guess it's ok. :-)
