Anti-Kerry Film to Run In Prime Time

The Sinclair Group, a company that owns a number of TV affiliates throughout the country, plans to run a propaganda piece documentary about John Kerry and how he let POWs down through his antiwar activities after he left Vietnam. This is the same company that ordered its TV stations to not run a Nightline that listed the names of the Iraq war dead (ours of course, we aren't even counting enemy casualties AFAIK). I'm sorry, wasn't there something about equal time on TV during election years? Or did that law get thrown out too? [article]
